Meridian Center
The Roads Most Taken
As one of Toledo, Ohio's newest and most rapidly growing business districts,
Meridian Center, is ideally located just off I-75 on State Route 20 in Wood
County, Rossford, Ohio. A paved four lane boulevard offers access to the
property and connects two major interchanges at State Route 20/I-75 and State
Route 795/I-75 and the Ohio Turnpike. The interchanges are less than 1.3
miles apart and offer a duplicity of access to the highway from either the
North or South. All intersections are signalized for ease of traffic flow.
Navigating the Marketplace
In
the Toledo marketplace, Meridian Center's site is less than 15 minutes to
the central business district, the Port of Toledo domestic and international
shipping center (Rail & Great Lakes Waterway Systems), and 20 minutes
to Toledo Express Airport. Both the Port of Toledo and Toledo Express Airport
are designated as foreign trade zones. Meridian Center is 5 minutes to Metcalf
Airfield, and 2 minutes from the Ohio Turnpike at Exit 64. The site is centrally
located to serve both the Detroit and Cleveland markets approximately an
hour drive in either direction.
